Payment Methods & Billing Cycle
First payment is due before move-in. Thereafter rent is due monthly via debit order. Cash is not accepted on site.
Insurance
Insurance is available at R100/month, covering theft up to R50,000 and fire/natural disasters up to R100,000.
How do I complete the online move in process once I have reserved a unit?
You will receive an email with a link to complete the contract and upload required documents.
Do your rates change if I sign up for a longer period?
Month-to-month or yearly lease options are available. A yearly lease includes one month free but requires upfront payment.
What happens if I leave without giving my notice?
You will forfeit your deposit to cover additional rent.
What are the standard terms of my contract?
Units are rented month-to-month with one calendar month’s notice required to move out.
What do I need to bring with me when I move in?
Bring a copy of your photo ID and ensure your first month’s rent is paid before moving in.
What do I get when I rent out a mezz unit?
A standard unit with a loft-style platform providing extra storage space at a lower cost.
How will the trailer and associated charges work?
Trailer rental is charged daily and requires a valid driver’s license.
How will the forklift and associated charges work?
Forklift rental is charged hourly and operated by staff.
What can I store in my unit?
Most items are allowed except hazardous, illegal, perishable, or dangerous materials.
How secure are the storage units?
Units are protected by 24/7 CCTV monitoring, armed security, electric fencing, and fire protection systems.
What is included in a micro-warehouse/office combo?
Includes storage space, office options, internet, meeting rooms, and access to equipment like forklifts.
Will my belongings be kept in good condition?
Units are clean, dry, weatherproof, pest-free, and fire-protected.
Are my goods insured?
Insurance is recommended and can be arranged through the facility.
When can I access my unit?
Access is available daily from 07:00 am – 18:00 pm using electronic access systems.
Will anyone else be able to access my unit?
No, only you have access to your unit.
