All our rates include VAT. Additional costs you should be aware of:
- A once-off admin fee of R150
- A security deposit equal to one month’s rent
To terminate your rental, please submit notice via email to your branch manager. Once
the unit has been inspected and found in order, your deposit will be refunded within 5–7
working days.
If you’d like to relocate or downsize your unit, please contact your branch manager.
Changes are subject to unit availability at the time of request.

Routine pest control services are conducted monthly
If you require access to your unit outside of our standard operating hours, please email your request in advance. Management will review and approve requests on a case-by- case basis. Additional fees may apply.
Late payments may result in restricted access to your unit. Continued non-payment
may lead to debt collection procedures.
The first payment is due on or before your move in date. Thereafter rent is due on the first
of every month, however we will place a debit order on your behalf to avoid the hassle of
making your monthly payment
Please be aware for the safety of our customers and staff we do not accept cash on site
We offer insurance at a monthly rate of R100.00.
Coverage includes:
- Theft-related losses: up to R50,000
- Fire-related losses (including Acts of God such as floods or natural disasters): up to R100,000
You will receive an email with confirmation from us, there will be a link on the email for you to complete the contract and upload relevant documentation.
You can either sign a month-to-month contract or alternatively sign up for a year lease and get one month free on your rental. However the one-year lease does require an upfront payment.
If we do not receive notice via email, you will forfeit your deposit to cover the extra months rent.
All standard garages are rented on a month-to-month basis whereby the tenant can move out after giving one month’s calendar notice.
Forklift rental will be charged per hour and will be operated by one of our operators.
While you can store almost anything in your unit, there are a few exceptions in the interests of safety. For example, no flammable liquids or combustible materials, weapons, explosives (including fireworks), chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, biological agents or any other dangerous materials are permitted. Also no odorous goods, compressed gases or any illegal items. We also ask that you do not store food or perishable goods, living plants or creatures (including humans) in your unit. If in doubt about any item you’d like to store, please ask a friendly member of our team.

While every attempt is made to keep stored goods safe and secure, we advise that you insure your items for that added level of confidence. Talk to our friendly team about arranging affordable cover to protect your valuables.
No one else will be able to access your storage unit.
