What are the access hours for the Sandton storage facility?

You can access your storage unit from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Is the Sandton facility secure?

Can I book a storage unit online?

What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period for standard storage units is one calendar month and for office units is 6 months. You can extend or upgrade your unit at any time with no long-term commitment.

Can I upgrade or downsize my unit later?

Absolutely. Our flexible lease model means you can move to a larger or smaller unit as your needs change. Just give us a call and we’ll arrange everything.

Are there vehicle storage options available?

Yes, we provide secure storage for vehicles, please contact the Branch Manager for a quotation.

Do you provide packing materials at the Sandton location?

Yes, we offer a range of packing materials, including boxes, bubble wrap, and other essentials, to help you pack and store your belongings securely. Packing materials can be purchased in store at reception, or online via www.yourboxstore.co.za All online orders are to be collected. Delivery is currently unavailable.

While we take every precaution to secure your belongings, taking out your own contents insurance is mandatory at R100.00 pm. This will cover any losses due to theft, up to R50 000 and any losses due to fire, up to R100 000 (this also includes any act of God; Floods, natural disasters, etc.).
